Following the prefectoral decree of 20/08/2020 : As from Saturday 22nd August 2020 and until 30 September inclusive, deadlines likely to be renewed according to the evolution of the sanitary situation, the wearing of a mask is made compulsory for any person aged eleven and over when accessing or staying in the whole public space whether it is covered or not, except in the living quarters, of the following tourist municipalities of the Hérault department : Agde, Balaruc-les-Bains, Balaruc-le-Vieux, Bouzigues, Frontignan, La Grande-Motte, Marseillan, Mauguio-Carnon, Pérols, Portiragnes, Sérignan, Sète, Valras-Plage, Vendres, Vias, Vic-la-Gardiole, Mèze, Palavas-les-Flots, Béziers, Villeneuve les Béziers, Villeneuve-les-Maguelone , Lattes, Lunel, Pézenas.

After two months of mandatory closure, the traditional market of Frontignan is now reopened from Thursday, May 21, 2020. Find your favorite stalls while respecting the sanitary and organizational instructions set up. Since July 30th, the wearing of a mask is now compulsory on all our open-air markets.
Also find all the traders of Frontignan who open their doors since May 11th, the opportunity to consume local.
Lovers of wide open spaces, enjoy our natural spaces finally accessible since May 11th. Stroll in the old salt marshes, La Gardiole or in the Aresquiers woods while respecting the barriers and nature.
Reopening of the entire Frontignan beaches, without dynamic mode or timetables.
Don't forget to respect all the same the barrier gestures, especially the physical distances as well as our natural spaces.

Since the deconfinement, public transport has resumed service in Frontignan, with of course new rules including the mandatory wearing of masks.
Enjoy the great outdoors and get around by bike on our greenways!
Deconfine your bikes in complete safety thanks to a financial contribution put on the beach by the Ministry of Ecological and Solidarity Transition to have your second-hand bike repaired or training to (re)saddle up, in partnership with local service providers.

With the gradual resumption of boating and water sports activities, the Frontignan movable bridge is returning to normal conditions of use. Starting this Thursday, May 21st and until June 30th, the bridge will rise twice a day: 8:30 am in the morning and 4 pm in the afternoon.
Reopening of the camper van parking area from June 13 until November 1, 2020.
Located near the beaches, in the Entrance area, the parking area has a capacity of 49 spaces (max. vehicle length: 8 m), and allows stopovers of up to 72 hours, with all amenities.
A CB payment machine generates the opening and closing of the barriers and allows autonomous access, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
Animals are accepted.
