La Belle Epoque is an independent biscuit maker, set up in 1997 with the aim of introducing food lovers to homemade produce, made by the mistress of the house for generations. Ingredients and methods are traditional. Zézette de Sète, the company’s flagship product, is now a must-have item in Languedoc, and little by little its siblings (Amandier de Bouzigues, l'Anis des Garrigues) are taking the reins. The most recent creation, Pavois de Frontignan is in the shape of jousting flags, and is made using Frontignan Muscat.
